Rachael Lucas

Rachael Lucas, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as an IT Project Manager at Penn State University since November 2021, Rachael also holds the position of Project Manager at Reclamere since March 2015, where responsibilities include HR and compliance functions. Prior to this, Rachael was a Service Manager at Cintas, overseeing service performance and sales for multiple routes, and served as General Manager at Gap Inc., managing multiple store locations with a focus on sales generation and operational efficiency. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing from Penn State University between 1997 and 2001.
