Sophia R. serves as a Client Services Coordinator and previously as a Client Services Specialist at the Real Estate Council of Ontario since August 2021. Responsibilities include providing high-quality telephone and electronic services, addressing inquiries related to real estate trading and regulations, reviewing applications, and conducting necessary background checks. Prior to this role, Sophia worked as a Contact Tracer for the Ontario Ministry of Health, where responsibilities involved informing clients of COVID-19 test results, educating them on public health guidelines, and maintaining accurate records using Salesforce. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Studies and Gerontology from McMaster University, graduated in 2019, and is skilled in utilizing various databases, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
