Hikmat A. has over 13 years of work experience in the field of lab operations, operations management, stakeholder relations, and program management. In 2022, they began working as Lab Operations Manager for ReCode Therapeutics and Lab Operations Consultant for IGM Biosciences, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as Operations Manager - Cross-Lab Program at E Istanbul Technologies from 2017 to 2022. From 2016 to 2017, they were Manager, Stakeholder Relations and Development at Kardan University. Hikmat also held the role of Program Assistant, Lab Operations at Lincoln University College from 2015 to 2016. Theirfirst job was at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, where they worked as Program Manager and Project Manager, Ministry of Defense from 2008 to 2015.
