Marisela Rivas

Marisela (Sela) Rivas serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer and Senior Leadership at ReCode Therapeutics, providing strategic support to enhance operational efficiency. With previous experience at Exabeam, Actelion/Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Light & Magic, and various production roles in the entertainment industry, Marisela has developed strong skills in executive support, complex travel logistics, and cross-functional collaboration. Marisela holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Motion Picture and Television from the Academy of Art University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Psychology from Cañada College.
