Alexander Schneider

Alexander Schneider has a strong background in IT and operations management. Alexander is currently the Head of IT at Recogizer, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Sportec Solutions AG, including Direktor Operations from January 2021 to September 2022, and Head of Operations from July 2017 to January 2021. Alexander also served as the Leiter Deutsches Fußballarchiv at Sportcast GmbH from December 2014 to June 2017. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at DFL Digital Sports GmbH from May 2012 to November 2014. Additionally, they have experience working as an IT-Projektmanager at Selbstständig from June 2007 to April 2012, and as a CIO at SITE oHG from June 2005 to April 2007. Alexander began their career as a Senior Consultant at IBM in November 1999, where they worked until May 2005.

Alexander Schneider attended the University of Mannheim from 1992 to 1999, where they obtained a Diplom in Wirtschaftsinformatik. Additionally, in 1995 to 1996, they studied at Edinburgh Napier University and earned a BSC in Informatik.
