Rhonda Wade has worked in the Human Resources field since 2007. Rhonda began their career at Carrier Corporation as an HR Generalist. Rhonda then moved to General Motors as an HR Representative in the same year. In 2011, they became an HR Associate at Ford Motor Company. In 2013, they moved to Target as an HR Business Partner, where they were responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations within the HR Department, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of wage, benefits, performance reviews and other programs. In 2015, they became an Employee HR Manager at GE Aviation. In 2017, they moved to GE as a Fair Employment Practice Investigator. In 2018, they joined Tesla as a Sr HR Business Partner. In 2019, they moved to KATERRA as a Sr HR Business Partner & Diversity Lead. In 2020, they joined Facebook as a Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, they are the Head of HR at Recogni.

Rhonda Wade attended Southfield Lathrup High School before pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University from 1998 to 2002. Rhonda then went on to obtain their Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law from 2003 to 2006.
