Kristina Griffiths

Kristina Griffiths is currently an Asset Finance Underwriter at Recognise Bank, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kristina spent eight years at HSBC as a Risk Manager - Asset Finance, managing asset finance risks for amounts under £10 million, and served as a Commercial Onboarding Manager in the Commercial Banking operations. Kristina's earlier experience includes a tenure at Barclays Corporate Banking as an Enhanced Case Manager for lending cases up to £25 million and as a Lending Case Manager for smaller cases under £1 million.
