Sara Redzepagic

Sara Redzepagic is an experienced recruitment and human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Resourcer at Recognition One since July 2023, following a role as a Customer Success & Talent Researcher at Devristo. As the Co-Founder of the Citizen's Association TILT, Sara dedicated efforts to establish a sustainable society and promote equality in rights and opportunities from January 2021 to June 2023. Previous positions include roles at The Work Crowd, Talkr, Kandidate, ITgma, DRA Skopje, and a paralegal position at a law office, showcasing a robust background in recruitment, human resources, and legal support.
