Shawn Pride

Shawn Pride currently serves as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at RECOGNIZE, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and strategic initiatives. Previously, Shawn held the position of Partner in Private Equity Advisory at Ernst & Young, focusing on operational performance improvement for private equity managers. As the Founder and CEO of P&L Consulting Group, Shawn established a consulting firm dedicated to operational excellence. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Evercore Partners, JPMorgan Partners, and Accenture, specializing in private equity operations and performance enhancement. Early career experience includes teaching mathematics at Richmond Public Schools and Houston Independent School District. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Spelman College and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Maryland.
