Ryan Wilcox

Ryan Wilcox is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, firefighting, and education. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at Recollective since November 2020, Ryan has progressed from Team Lead to Specialist within the same organization. In addition to this role, Ryan is a Firefighter at the 4 Valleys Volunteer Fire Department. Previous experience includes serving as a Union Steward at the Public Service Alliance of Canada, where responsibilities involved member liaison and executive communication. Ryan also contributed to hiring as part of the Joint Health and Safety committee.
