Eva Björkman

Eva Björkman has a diverse background in HR and recruitment. Eva currently works as a People & Culture Consultant and Teamlead at Recommended by, where they provide strategic and operational support to clients in various areas of people and culture. Prior to this, Eva worked at Säkerhetspolisen (the Swedish Security Service) as an Employer Branding Manager & Project Leader, managing the employer branding agenda and strategy. Eva also has experience at FRA - Försvarets radioanstalt, where they served as the Acting Head of the Recruitment Unit and later as the Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager. Additionally, Eva has worked as a Researcher at Alumni, a leading consultancy firm in the Nordic region, specializing in the consumer and retail segment. Eva started their career at StudentConsulting as a Candidate Manager, responsible for the entire recruitment process.

Eva Björkman's education history includes several courses and degrees in various fields. In 1999 to 2002, they attended Viktor Rydbergs Gymnasium, where they completed the high school Social Sciences Program. In 2003, they studied Introduction to Law (JIK-Juridisk Introduktionskurs) at Uppsala University for a period of one year. The following year, in 2004, they pursued Market Law (Marknadsrätt) at Uppsala University for another year. Also in 2004, Eva enrolled at Stockholm University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (PAO - Personal, Arbete & Organisation), completing the program in 2007. Moving forward to 2015, they attended M-Gruppen for a short duration to enhance their skills in Development for Groups and Leaders (UGL - Utveckling för Grupp och Ledare). Then in 2017, they completed a course called The Human Element (THE) at Core Code. Finally, in 2022, Eva Björkman enrolled in a program at Dandy People to become an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agility in Human Resources (ICP-AHR).
