Chris Jones has extensive experience in the transportation industry, with a focus on pricing, carrier relations, organizational development, and business development. Chris is currently the Director of Pricing and Carrier Relations at Reconex since May 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Organizational Development at Reconex from February 2022 to May 2023. Previously, Chris worked at Banyan Technology from 2019 to 2022, where they held various roles, including Carrier and Customer Solutions Development and Manager - Carrier Solutions. Chris also has experience as a Client Account Manager at RateLinx from March 2018 to January 2019. Chris started their career at Invacare Corporation in 2008 as a Transportation Manager and held the roles of Logistics Specialist and Logistics Coordinator at Invacare. Chris began their career at Hub Group Inc. as a Logistics Coordinator from July 2001 to May 2008.
Chris Jones completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Operations Management and Supervision at Cleveland State University from 2001 to 2007. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, at Cleveland State University from 2012 to 2014.
