Armoni Foster is an experienced educator and advisor, with a background in public policy. They have worked at various organizations, including Reconstruction US, KIPP New Jersey, and SEEDS. Armoni has also participated in fellowship programs and internships to support students in their career readiness. They hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and have shown a commitment to educating and empowering students, especially from marginalized communities.

The Reconstruction curriculum situates Black people, Black culture, and Black contributions to American and world history in an authentic, identity-affirming way so that students of all backgrounds benefit from a more complete understanding of our shared history and society.
