Jaime Merino

Jaime Merino has an extensive work experience in the medical field. Jaime started their career at ProRhythm, Inc. in 2004 as a Senior Catheter Engineer, where they worked closely with leading doctors to develop a temperature monitoring and protection device. Jaime also supervised a team of four, conducted animal research, and wrote design verification test plans. In 2006, they were promoted to the role of Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where they resolved manufacturing issues, improved product quality, and trained staff on new procedures. Jaime held this position until 2009, when they joined ReCor Medical as the Director of Operations.

Jaime Merino has a strong education background in Mechanical Engineering. From 1997 to 2001, Jaime pursued both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Engineering at Stony Brook University. Following this, from 2002 to 2006, Jaime furthered their education at the same university, completing a Masters degree specifically in Mechanical Engineering.
