Jennifer Herr

Jennifer Herr has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jennifer currently serves as the Vice President of Therapy Development at ReCor Medical, where they lead the Therapy Development team in building relationships with key physicians and stakeholders to promote their uRDN treatment option. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Medtronic for several years in various roles, including Senior Director of Global Field & Therapy Development in the Structural Heart division and Director of Global Field & Therapy Development for Structural Heart & Cardiac Surgery. In these positions, they were responsible for creating training curriculum, managing field training, and overseeing sales training and support. Before Medtronic, Jennifer worked at Stereotaxis as the Senior Global Director of Strategic Customer Support and Corporate Training, where they managed global training efforts and customer support. Jennifer also worked at AstraZeneca and Astra Merck in sales leadership roles, where they led teams and exceeded sales goals. Jennifer began their career as a nurse at Jefferson Memorial Hospital.

Jennifer Herr attended Jacksonville University from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Jennifer also obtained certification as a Registered Nurse from the Missouri State Board of Nursing in July 1995.
