Maureen Sharkey

Maureen Sharkey has extensive experience in clinical recruitment and project management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently, Maureen serves as the Clinical Recruitment Manager at ReCor Medical since September 2016. Previous roles include Project Manager for Patient Engagement at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. and Associate Director of Patient Recruitment at both Acerta Pharma B.V. and UCSF Immune Tolerance Network. Earlier in Maureen's career, roles included Marketing Manager for Advocacy and Patient Relations at PDL BioPharma, Clinical Research Manager II at Dynavax Technologies, and various positions at Genentech ranging from Clinical Trial Manager to Management Associate. Maureen holds a Master of Arts degree from California State University, Fresno, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University.
