Charles Winterhalder

Charles Winterhalder has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Charles worked at Record Currency Management from 2014 to present, holding various roles such as Head of Change Management, Head of Business Analysis, Head of Software Development, and Business Analyst. In these positions, they were responsible for implementing technology projects, driving the vision for the technology stack, aligning strategic goals with technological solutions, managing stakeholder engagement, and designing and implementing new applications and database structures. Prior to this, they worked at Wellfield Partners LLP as an FX, Financial, and Commodity Futures Dealer/Analyst from 2011 to 2014. Charles also served as the Director of Operations at PR23 Ltd from 2009 to 2010. Charles began their career at BNY Mellon, where they held the roles of Senior Analyst and FX Dealer/Analyst at BNY Overlay Associates from 1997 to 2008.

Charles Winterhalder has a diverse education history that spans several years. In 1993, they enrolled at the University of Sussex and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics in 1996. Afterward, in 1998, they pursued further education at the Securities and Investment Institute, where they earned a degree as an SFA Futures and Options Representative. In 2012, Charles enrolled at the CFA Society of the UK and successfully completed the Investment Management Certificate program. More recently, in 2022, they attended APMG International for two different programs: the Agile Project Manager Foundation & Practitioner and the Change Management Foundation & Practitioner courses.
