Janet Randolph

Janet has been in charge of their Accounting and Human Resources department for the past 8 years. Her career spans 40 years and includes experience in construction, roofing, senior living, and now shredding and records industries.

Like most accountants, Janet loves to use numbers to manage cash flow, forecast, and help create solid business strategies. She also assists their employees with health insurance and their benefits program. Perhaps the thing she likes most about her job is the opportunity to interact with every one of their partners.

“It’s wonderful to see how their service helps their businesses’ grow,” she says.

Janet is a proud Colorado native who loves to cook, spend time outdoors, and is happiest when surrounded by her family. She is a dedicated mom and grandmother. If you want to see her smile, just ask her about her grandchildren, her dogs (Pumpkin and Dudley) and two active cats, Izzy and Molly.
