Lucy Bourne MCIPD has extensive experience in the field of HR, spanning over 12 years. Lucy currently holds the position of Associate HR Director UK & Ireland at Recordati Rare Diseases Inc. starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Associate HR Director at EUSA Pharma from August 2020 to October 2022.
