Mickey Baker has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mickey started their career in sales at sanofi-aventis, where they worked as a Sales Representative, Respiratory Sales Trainer, and later as a District Manager. Mickey then transitioned to MGI PHARMA, where they served as a Sr. Product Manager for Dacogen and later as a Product Director for ALOXI. At Entellus Medical, they led the marketing efforts for the launch of the Xpress multi-sinus balloon dilation device. Following this, they co-founded Trovita Health Science and served as the COO, overseeing the development and marketing of nutrition solutions. Subsequently, they joined Servier as the Sr. Director, Marketing Lead for the Leukemia Portfolio, and later as the Head of US Marketing & Insights at Servier Pharmaceuticals. Mickey then joined EUSA Pharma as the Head of US Market Access & Operations, responsible for market access activities and commercial operations. Currently, they are the Vice President of Business Operations at Recordati Rare Diseases Inc., leading various departments across the diverse portfolio.
