Ashwini Shankar

Ashwini Shankar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They most recently worked at Recorded Future as the Manager of Data Analytics and Threat Intelligence. Prior to that, they were an Agile Leader at Volvo Cars, where they focused on SDK & Automation, SW Integration, and SW Release Management teams. They also had a role as a Senior Consultant at MCA Sweden. Before that, they worked at WirelessCar as an Agile Leader for TechLab Products. They also worked at CEVT as a Product Owner & Team Manager for Enterprise Digital Workplace and as an IT Release Manager & Agile Coach Consultant. In addition, Ashwini has experience at companies like Amazon as a Project Manager and L&D Specialist, and at Tesco Bengaluru as a Human Resources Project Lead and Officer.

Ashwini Shankar completed a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree in Applications of Computer Science from Surana College, starting in 2007 and ending in 2010. Ashwini then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Applications of Computer Science at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2012.

In 2016, Ashwini obtained a certification as a Certified Instructional Designer from TechTotal, specializing in Educational/Instructional Media Design. Ashwini also obtained an ICF Certified Coach certification in Organizational Leadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute India & SouthAsia in 2018.

Additionally, Ashwini has acquired various certifications from different institutions. In 2017, they obtained a 360 assessment certification from Korn Ferry. In 2018, Ashwini completed several certifications including Leading at the speed of trust, Seven habits of highly effective people, and 5 choices of extraordinary productivity from FranklinCovey. During the same year, they also obtained certifications such as Scrum: The Basics, Scrum: Advanced, JIRA SOFTWARE – ADVANCED ADMINISTRATION, and Stay Lean with Kanban from Lynda.com.

In 2019, Ashwini acquired certifications in Project Management: Iterative Methods and Six Sigma Foundations from Lynda.com. Moreover, in 2022, they obtained a Verified International Academic Qualifications certification from the World Education Services. Ashwini continued their professional development in 2023, acquiring certifications in Becoming an AI-First Product Leader and Product Management: Building a Product Strategy from LinkedIn. Ashwini also completed an AWS – MACHINE LEARNING ESSENTIALS certification from Lynda.com in 2018 and a Lean Inventory Management certification from Lynda.com in the same year.
