Nikisha Bailey

Nikisha Bailey currently serves as a Professor at Drexel University's Westphal College of Media Arts & Design since September 2023. In addition, Nikisha holds positions as an Executive Board Member with The Recording Academy and as a Founding Member of Chief, both of which began in June 2022 and August 2020, respectively. Nikisha is also the Global Co Chair for Diversity and Inclusion at Women in Music, Org, starting in February 2019. Previous roles include General Manager at Nvak Collective from December 2022 to January 2024, and VP A&R Admin + Operations at Artist Partners Group / Atlantic Records from January 2020 to December 2022. Other notable positions include Head of A&R Admin at Warner Music Group, A&R Admin Manager at Universal Music Group, and A&R Admin and Coordination at Atlantic Records, covering a span of over a decade in various capacities within the music industry. Educational qualifications include degrees from Brooklyn College and Webster University.
