Tracey Adlai is a seasoned professional in the entertainment and arts industries with extensive experience in management, community building, and event coordination. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Industry Relations at The Recording Academy since December 2017, Tracey leads teams supporting a diverse international membership, innovates workflows for member services, and ensures the integrity of the GRAMMY awards in collaboration with legal and business affairs teams. As the Founder and Director of The Valley Film Festival since 2000, Tracey has developed a film and arts festival, a wellness weekend for artists, and programs for professional development while cultivating partnerships and managing non-profit operations.
