James Sparlin

James Sparlin has been in the records management field for over 15 years. James began their career in 2001 as a Senior Project Coordinator at RCI Technologies, where they were responsible for categorizing, identifying, inventorying, and purging records, as well as providing financial economics for jobs and performing fixed asset inventories. In 2009, they moved to Northside ISD as a Records Manager, providing oversight in records management and ensuring compliance with the Records Control Schedule and Legislative Laws. In 2015, they were a Fraud Analyst at Chase. Finally, in 2016, they joined RCI - Records Consultants, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they are skilled in supervising operational tasks related to file organization, maintenance, storage, and security, and is able to examine queries regarding records management policies and procedures.

James Sparlin has completed courses from Rackspace Cloud University and Rackspace Open Cloud Academy.
