TM Shunmuga Raj has worked in various roles throughout their career. In 2011, they worked as an Associate Technical Support Executive at Accel Frontline Limited - A CAC Holdings Group Company. In 2013, they were the Referral Team Lead at Citibank India, where they were in charge of the Referral process of the banking team and handled a team of one Team Leader and 30 Customer Care Executives. TM Shunmuga monitored and trained agents on referral techniques and appraised agents based on their performance. In 2016, they became a Technical Recruiter at Titan Data Group Inc., where they sourced, screened, and interviewed candidates for potential temporary, contract, part-time and permanent assignments. TM Shunmuga also understood client requirements and sourced suitable candidates for different technical positions. In 2018, they worked as a Human Resources & Admin In-Charge at Aura Motors - India and as a Technical Recruiter at Ocher Technology Group, where they were involved in full life cycle of sales recruitment and end-to-end US International Recruitment Process. In 2021, they became a Senior Technical Recruiter at Themesoft Inc. and in 2022, they worked as a Senior Accounts Manager at Redefined Corp and as a Manager - Talent Acquisition Operations & HR at RECOREM.

TM Shunmuga Raj completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from MS UNIVERSITY between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Rose mary Matric hr.sec.school. In June 2021, they obtained a Toastmaster Membership from Toastmasters International. TM Shunmuga is also pursuing a CISCO CERTIFIED NETWORK ASSOCIATE (CCNA) from Cisco.
