Nick coordinates the partnerships with state and county governments, ensuring the program fits the needs of local communities.
Prior to founding Recover, he spent ten years working in addiction services, was a leader in the government practice at McKinsey & Company, advised multiple governors, and served in the White House. He is a graduate of Yale Law, UC Berkeley, community college, and a "last chance" high school.
Nick grew up watching his own family and friends struggle with addiction. He saw first-hand the need for innovative approaches to treatment and became determined to build a better way.
