Daniel Fincham is the Founder and CEO of Recoverlution, the first dedicated recovery platform focused on addiction recovery through evidence-based content, social support, and wellness. Prior to this role, Daniel served as the VP of Customer Success at Zmags from December 2013 to February 2020, where leadership of a dynamic team emphasized customer satisfaction and retention in the digital commerce landscape. Daniel's tenure at Zmags also included positions as Director of Global Services and Customer Experience Manager, where significant achievements included establishing a Support Team and stabilizing a previously unprofitable Professional Services team. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Kent, earned between 2001 and 2004.
