Kelsie Custodio has a diverse work experience. Kelsie began their career as a Monitor on the adolescent unit at Lighthouse at Mays Landing in 2008, where they supervised daily activities and led group discussions with clients. In 2010, they joined Cumberland Co. College as a full-time student, EOF peer counselor, and student ambassador. Kelsie'sresponsibilities included assisting with new student orientations, acclimating students to college systems, tutoring, and providing emotional support. Kelsie also had a work-study position and served as an EOF assistant for the college.

In 2011, they returned to Lighthouse at Mays Landing as a Counselor in Training/Intern. Kelsie'sduties included facilitating group sessions, assisting with individual and family sessions, and handling assessment and treatment-related paperwork. Kelsie then moved on to Recovery Centers of America in 2016, holding multiple roles such as Clinical Case Manager and South Jersey Treatment Advocate and Business Development. Kelsie'sresponsibilities involved creating individual treatment plans, implementing services, collaborating with clients and families, and documenting progress. Lastly, Kelsie worked as a Trainer/Server/Bartender at Apple American Group from 2003 to 2007.

Kelsie Custodio attended Cumberland County College from 2009 to 2012, where they earned an Associate's degree in Social Work. Kelsie then continued their education at the same institution from 2010 to 2013, specializing in Social Work and CDAC (Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor).
