Lisa Bevere

Lisa Bevere has a diverse work experience in various digital marketing and event planning roles. Lisa currently holds the position of Senior Director of Digital Marketing at Recovery Centers of America since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Digital Marketing and Digital External Experience at West Pharmaceutical Services from 2021 to 2023. In this role, they built the first global digital marketing team, grew SEM and SEO traffic, and launched three platforms.

Before that, Lisa worked as a Media Director at Hero Digital from 2019 to 2021, where they managed budgets and a team of five, collaborated cross-functionally, and led processes including QA and billing. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as an Event Planner at 995 Events.

Lisa's experience at Tinuiti from 2017 to 2019 included roles as a Director of Integrated Media Strategy and a Senior Manager of Integrated Media Strategy. In these roles, they collaborated with channel leads to create and execute strategies, established budgets and forecasts per channel, and analyzed data to ensure efficient budget usage.

Prior to that, Lisa worked at Free People from 2011 to 2017, holding various roles including Senior Internet Marketing Manager, Manager of Internet Marketing, Associate Manager of Internet Marketing, and Internet Marketing Specialist. Lisa developed global omni-channel strategies, led website initiatives, managed paid search and social media strategies, oversaw feed management, and increased revenue.

Lisa's early career includes working as a Marketing Associate at eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions and as a Marketing Assistant at Nicole Miller Philadelphia.

Lisa Bevere holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Journalism from the University of Delaware. In 2020, they obtained a Mini MBA in Business Essentials from Rutgers Business School. Additionally, they completed the Women's Leadership Series at Temple University in June 2022.
