Joe Hilbert

Joe Hilbert has over 20 years of work experience in the operations field. In 2020, they began their role as Director of Operations at Recovery Force, where they coordinate integration of efforts among divisions, communicates and explains new directives, and is responsible for building development. From 2016 to 2020, Joe was the Operations Manager at Stephen Gould, where they managed account details, set challenging cross-functional standards, and maximized sales opportunities. From 2011 to 2016, Joe was the Vice President of Operations at Sun Communications / Guided Supply, where they managed account details, set challenging cross-functional standards, and assisted the President in planning and executing the annual budget. From 2001 to 2011, Joe was the District Technical Advisor at Martin Marietta Materials, where they performed audits, advised plants, sales, and customers with technical solutions, and created modules, spreadsheets, and chart worksheets for district level presentations. Finally, from 1996 to 2001, Joe was the Store Manager at 84 Lumber, where they managed account details, supervised and participated with inside and outside contract sales, and worked with residential and commercial contractors to create future building cost estimates for development.

Joe Hilbert attended Purdue University from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a BA in Business Science with a focus in Organization Leadership Supervision. Joe then returned to Purdue University from 2001 to 2011, earning a Certified Aggregate Producer Program in Aggregate Testing. Finally, they attended Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2011, earning a Certified Ashpalt Technician in Asphalt.
