Recovery School District
Janice Watts serves as an Instructional Coach for grades Pre-K through 4th at the Fannie C. Williams Charter School within the Recovery School District, a position held since 2008. Janice holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of New Orleans, earned between 1974 and 1978.
