Eric Kachin

Eric Kachin, CFA, currently serves as Vice President of Operations - Outpatient at Recovery Ways since February 2024 and is the Founder of Cornerstone Metrics since October 2023. Previously, Kachin held several leadership roles at R1 RCM, including Vice President of Finance Transformation and Vice President of FP&A, where expertise in financial forecasting and legacy process integration was demonstrated. Prior experience includes Director of Investment Operations at Northwestern Medicine, overseeing substantial investments and operations within a major healthcare system, and significant financial management roles at organizations such as Accretive Health, Sara Lee, and DaimlerChrysler. Kachin holds an MBA in International Business and Organizational Behavior from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as graduate-level coursework in Accounting from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Michigan Technological University.
