David Rochol

David Rochol has a strong and diverse work experience. David is the Founder & CEO of Recreogo, a SaaS product that simplifies the booking process and has become a market leader. Prior to that, they served as a Franchise Owner & Consultant at Schooley Mitchell, where they delivered significant savings to clients in the telecommunications and merchant services industry. David has also worked at Netflix, where they held various roles including Regional Operations Manager, Process Improvement Team Leader, and Hub Manager. During their time at Netflix, they provided leadership, training, and support to underperforming locations, developed SOPs, and drove process improvement initiatives. Additionally, they have experience as a Plant Manager at Cintas, where they implemented cross-functional training programs, reduced labor expenses, and increased productivity.

David Rochol attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Operations Management.
