Chris Limson

Chris Limson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Chris worked as a DevOps Technical Lead at Recro Corporation starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior DevSecOps Engineer at Recro Corporation from July 2020 to October 2022.

Before joining Recro Corporation, Chris was a Senior Software Development Engineer at General Dynamics Information Technology from October 2017 to June 2020. Chris also held the role of Principal Programmer and Analyst at General Dynamics from October 2015 to October 2017.

Additionally, Chris worked as an Information Technology Developer at Apex Systems from February 2015 to October 2015. Chris has prior experience as a Crowd Sorcerer, pursuing independent research and development in software architecture from November 2013 to January 2015.

Further back in their career, Chris worked as a Data Integrator at EDGE Professional Services from November 2012 to October 2013. Chris also served as a Senior Software Systems Engineer at QED Systems, LLC from July 2011 to November 2012.

Before that, they worked at MITRE as a Senior Software Systems Engineer from May 2007 to July 2011. Chris started their career as a Hardware Engineer at Unisys from August 2001 to May 2006. Chris also worked as an Applications Engineer at IBM from June 2000 to August 2001.

Chris began their professional journey as a Software Programmer at Rutgers University from 1998 to 2000.

Chris Limson earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers School of Engineering in 2000. Recently, from 2022 to 2025, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity Engineering from George Mason University - College of Engineering and Computing. In addition to their formal education, Chris Limson holds certifications in Certified Kubernetes Administrator from the CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation) and CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA.
