Ryan D. Lake

Ryan D. Lake is the current Chief Financial Officer at Recro Pharma. Prior to joining Recro Pharma, Ryan was the Chief Financial Officer at Aspire Bariatrics from July 2015 to June 2017. At Aspire, Ryan was responsible for leading finance and human resource functions during the company's transformation, including the submission of a PMA clinical trial, FDA approval, commercial scale-up, product launch, reimbursement and coding strategy development, initial public offering (IPO) readiness, and several financing rounds. Ryan's experience at Aspire has given him a wealth of knowledge in private company finance raising, product launching, and human resources. Ryan has also implemented various organization-wide policies, procedures, systems, and enhanced cost controls.

Ryan D. Lake has a B.S. in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
