Nidhi Saxena

Nidhi Saxena has over 10 years of experience in Human Resource roles. In 2010, they joined HCL Technologies as a Management Trainee and then as a Senior Executive. In 2015, they moved to Tesco Bengaluru as an HR Business Partner and Lead - Organization Design. In 2018, they joined Eka Software Solutions as a Manager HR and then as a Senior Manager - Global HR. Currently, they are the Director - People Success at Recruit CRM, leading the People Success function globally. Her role involves bringing top talent into Recruit CRM and enabling team members to make meaningful contributions in alignment with the organization's values.

Nidhi Saxena completed a PGDM in HR from Balaji Institute of Modern Management between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biotechnology from the University of Rajasthan. Nidhi also attended St. Angela Sophia School, Jaipur. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from LinkedIn in June 2022, Human Resources: Selecting an HR System from LinkedIn in June 2022, Designing Employee Experience in a Hybrid World from People Matters in August 2021, ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in April 2021, Design Thinking: Implementing the Process from LinkedIn in February 2019, and Human Resources: Pay Strategy from LinkedIn in February 2019.
