Sanjib Deb Roy

Sanjib Deb Roy has over 28 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Sanjib began their career as a Sales Manager at Software Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. in 1992. In 1998, they moved to FACT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (Formerly known as - Vedika Software Pvt Ltd) as a Sr. System Analyst. In 2000, they joined Randstad India (Formerly knows as Mafoi Management Consultants Ltd.) as a Sr-Consultant-Staffing & Outsourcing. Theirroles included business development, client acquisition and delivery. Sanjib then moved to Collabera (Formerly known as Global Consultant Inc.) in 2004 as a Sales Manager - Services division. In 2006, they joined SQL Star International as GM-Strategic Resourcing Group, and also joined MARS Telecom Systems Pvt. Ltd. as Head - Strategic Accounts and Delivery. In 2009, they joined Adrastos Management Consultants as Head-Business & Delivery. From 2014 to 2015, they worked in Association with TISS-SVE as a Senior Consultant (Vice President). Sanjib is currently working at Recruit CRM as a Senior Customer Success Manager since 2021. Recruit CRM is a start-up with customers in 70+ countries across the globe, helping recruitment firms manage their work and grow faster through their cloud-based ATS & CRM application.

Sanjib Deb Roy completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economics with Maths & Statistics from The University of Burdwan between 1987 and 1990. Sanjib then went on to pursue a PGDBM in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management between 1994 and 1996.
