Shoanak (Sean) Mallapurkar has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. In 2012, they were an intern at MyLawsuit.com. In 2013, they were the President of Foster International Living Learning Center. In 2014, they were a Co-Founder of QuicTrade and an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at RCS Advisors (India) Private Limited. In 2016, they were the Founder of MyStaff and in 2017 they became the CEO of Recruit CRM. At Recruit CRM, Shoanak built software to help Recruitment & Search Firms across the world automate workflows, visualize hiring pipelines and measure teammate performance. Recruit CRM currently serves 1000+ recruitment firms in over 80 countries. At QuicTrade, Shoanak attempted to build the best way for people to interact with local markets. At MyStaff, Shoanak built software to help large companies in India hire entry level employees at scale.

Shoanak (Sean) Mallapurkar completed their High School Diploma from The Lawrence School - Lovedale in General Studies from 2008 to 2011. Shoanak (Sean) then attended Stanford University in 2012 for Management Science and Engineering, but did not receive a degree.
