Fujiko Yamaguchi

Fujiko Yamaguchi currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO and Senior Director of Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations, focusing on Sustainability Transformation at Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. since May 2024. Prior to this role, Fujiko held the position of Vice President in the Investor Relations and Sustainability Promotion Office at Renesas Electronics from August 2019 to May 2024, and also served as Vice President in the CEO Office at Renesas. Fujiko's career began at Nomura, where a Vice President role in Investment Banking included responsibilities in M&A, Capital Markets, and Structured Finance from April 2001 to August 2011. Fujiko earned an MBA from IESE Business School and holds a Master's degree in Economics from The University of Tokyo.
