Femke Huijbers

Femke Huijbers is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of People at Recruitee, where responsibilities include developing and implementing the Global People and Talent Acquisition strategy. Previous roles encompass Head of People at Leyden Labs, focusing on organizational growth and unconventional thinking, and Head of HR at DEGIRO, where the Global HR vision and strategy were established.
