Mónica Rojas is a seasoned visual designer with extensive experience in brand development and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Visual Designer at Recruitee since June 2021, Mónica focuses on enhancing brand guidelines and creative processes to align with market strategies. Previous roles include Visual Designer at HousingAnywhere.com, where Mónica evolved the brand's visual language, and as Senior Graphic Designer at Sphera Impacta, leading strategic projects for high-profile events. Mónica has also held positions at Anthropologic, BRM S.A., Indexcol, Toro-Love Comunicación Total, The Brand Construction Group, and Zeus Creative Net, contributing to diverse advertising campaigns and brand implementations.
