Pawel Smoczyk

Pawel Smoczyk is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the B2B SaaS sector. As CTO and Co-Founder of Recruitee since August 2015, Pawel plays a pivotal role in developing a leading Talent Acquisition Platform that empowers hiring teams. In addition to this, Pawel serves on the board of Tellent and co-founded both P1ST, an investment vehicle for supporting B2B SaaS scale-ups, and GeoRun. Previous co-founding experience includes AppUnite. Pawel holds a degree from Poznan University of Technology, completed in 2011.
