Khoa Nguyen has held a variety of roles in the past 8 years. In 2011, they were the Founder and Administrator at Hoi yeu thich van hoc. In 2016, they were the Project Leader at IdeaHub, where they planned and pitched for raising funds and managed 5 team members to support 2 startup projects. In 2017, they were the Project Coordinator & Marketing Executive at Shinhan Future's Lab, where they were responsible for marketing activities and supporting the Director and Project manager in HR and finance. Also in 2017, they were the Founder & President at Gear Up Club, where they built a community and developed a startup environment for university students. In 2018, they were a Marketing Internship at Gannha, where they analyzed marketing trends and customer behaviors. In 2019, they were the Head of Business Development at Recruitery.co and the Account Planning and Content Creator at Windsun Production.

Khoa Nguyen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Ho Chi Minh City Open University between 2015 and 2019. In addition, they hold a TOEIC Certificate with a score of 775 from IIG Vietnam, which they obtained in September 2019, as well as a Trade Marketing certification from BMG International Education, which they obtained in August 2017.
