Jillian O'Malior has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jillian has been working at Recruitics since 2017, where they started as the Director of Employer Brand before being promoted to Vice President of Brand & Creative Development in September 2021. In their roles at Recruitics, Jillian has been responsible for strategically managing clients' employer brands, developing and executing brand marketing campaigns, and overseeing employer brand monitoring and analysis. Jillian has also worked with senior leaders to enhance cross-discipline strategic approaches and has developed EVP and holistic employer brands for Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to their time at Recruitics, Jillian served as a Board Advisor at LEG - Life-Skills Empowerment Group, where they focused on bringing labor and skills-based educational programs to public school systems. Jillian also held marketing positions at KRT Marketing and Atlas Lift Tech, and served as a Communications Manager at the Metropolitan Club. In the latter role, they were responsible for all communications efforts, including printed communications, website management, social media, and newsletter creation.

Jillian's earlier experiences include working as an Assistant Spa Director at the Metropolitan Club in San Francisco, a Food Blogger at The Humble Gourmet, an Office Manager at Stability Health Center, and a Residential Counselor at Alta Mira Treatment Centers.

Overall, Jillian O'Malior has a strong background in marketing, communications, and brand development, and has demonstrated expertise in managing employer brands and implementing strategic marketing initiatives.

Jillian O'Malior (She/Her) attended San Francisco State University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Business Development Foundations certification from LinkedIn in April 2022. Prior to that, they obtained certifications in Change Management with Limited Resources in December 2021, Inclusive Leadership in September 2021, Building Creative Organizations in June 2021, and Lessons in Enlightened Leadership in June 2021, all from LinkedIn.
