Matt Grover

Matt Grover has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Matt is currently serving as the President, Digital at Recruitics since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of EVP, High Volume Hiring at Recruitics from August 2021 to February 2023. In 2021, they worked as the General Manager - Digital Recruiting Solutions at TransForce Group from February to August. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Vice President, Client Strategy at Recruitics. Matt has also held various roles at CareerBuilder, including Vice President Marketing from May 2018 to May 2019, Sr. Director, Digital Marketing and Product from December 2015 to May 2018, Director, Online Marketing from December 2008 to May 2018, Senior Partnership Manager from April 2004 to December 2008, and Advertising Account Representative from July 2003 to April 2004. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Account Representative at RR Donnelley from October 2001 to June 2003.

Matt Grover attended DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Finance. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1994 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
