Amy is the CEO & Founder of Recruiting Experiences, focused on creating data-driven, efficient, and unbiased hiring processes. Prior to this, Amy served as Vice President of People Operations at Kinney Group, Inc. and held various roles in talent acquisition and recruiting at companies such as PSAV Presentation Services, InterCall, Focal Communications, and Plexus IT Staffing. Amy graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Communication & Political Science.
