William Sanders

William Sanders is the founder and CEO of Recruiting from Scratch. William has over fifteen years of experience in recruiting, sales, and account management. Prior to founding Recruiting from Scratch, William worked as the Head of Operations at Vault Health for a few months to help them build out their process on COVID-19 operations. Before that, they were the Head of Talent at Mojo Vision Inc., where they led the team in creating the world's first smart contact lens display. William also has experience as a consultant, having worked as an independent consultant for two years.

William Sanders earned a degree in Economics, Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University. William also has a degree from West Valley College and Montana State University-Bozeman. William Sanders is currently pursuing a career in data science and is attending Metis.
