Sean Kogan

Sean Kogan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sean co-founded RIM Recruitment Professionals in 2019 and Recruiting in Motion in 2010. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked as a Division Director at Robert Half Finance & Accounting from 1998 to 2010. Sean also served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Canadian Tire in 1997 and as an Accounting Supervisor at John Deere Credit from 1995 to 1997.

Sean Kogan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at McGill University from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they pursued an MBA in Accounting at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 1988 to 1990.
