Ben Hess

Ben Hess is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition for the real estate industry, currently serving as Managing Partner at Recruiting Insight since January 2023. This organization specializes in agent recruitment and hiring, featuring service offerings such as ThirdPool, which provides recruitment tools and consulting, and CoRecruit, which offers coaching for recruiting experienced agents.
