Steve Mair

Steve Mair is a Senior Consultant with Recruiting Toolbox who works with leading companies to enhance their recruiting and sourcing strategies. He is joining Recruiting Toolbox in 2022 on a part-time basis to focus on leadership development, executive hiring manager training, and helping our clients when they need VP of TA-level leadership support, which will include coaching work with the executive team.

Steve joins us coming directly out of multiple executive talent acquisitions roles across a wide variety of companies such as: Procore Technologies, a SaaS company that he was a part of scaling from 500 to 3200 including an IPO; Beachbody, a fitness company utilizing technology to empower the at-home fitness movement; Yahoo, he oversaw domestic and global hiring across all technology roles and Go to Market with teams in 18 countries; Walt Disney, where Steve was a member of the Enterprise Recruiting Leadership team and oversaw Disney Interactive and for a short, while Consumer Products and Studios; Lucasfilm, with oversight over executive hiring and for all 5 of the Lucasfilm companies including the build-out of the Singapore studio; before Lucasfilm Steve worked at Business Object, Electronic Arts, Morrison Hershfield and Telus.
